Online Hearing Check

Important! Please read!

DeafHear´s Hearing Check is designed to help people identify who may have a hearing loss and to encourage them to take action. It is not suitable for people who have been diagnosed with a known hearing loss, or who use hearing aids.

The Hearing Check is not a clinical test and cannot provide a medical diagnosis. It provides an indication of your ability to hear in social situations. It cannot help identify a hearing loss in one ear, as the check is dependent on your better ear. The Hearing Check is not suitable for children, who should be seen by their GP if there are any concerns about their hearing.

If you have any concerns about your hearing, we recommend you contact your GP or a qualified audiologist.

Before taking the online Hearing Check, read these important instructions.
You need to check the volume of your speakers, are they audible?
Can you hear sound? If yes Great. You are one quick step away from the Test.
You need to have Flash installed on your computer, can you see the animation below?
