Summer trip to Roscrea and Limerick!
Posted: 14th July 2016
This week saw the start of the summer events for our Kerry groups.
For the second year running we were supported by the Community Gardai, who provide us with the Community Bus and driver.
After meeting up in Tralee, we headed off to Roscrea, to visit the cemetery at St Cronan’s church. After spending a pleasant while there it was off to The Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick for some retail therapy and some lunch.
Then back on the bus for the long drive home, with much chatting and laughter all the way.
Huge thanks to the Community Gardai and in particular to Garda Liz Twomey who drove for us all, without her we would not have been able to make this trip.
A really lovely day was had by all!
