Halloween Family Fun Day 2016
Posted: 9th November 2016
For this year’s Halloween Family Day we headed to Crag Cave in Castleisland.
This was a great opportunity for our families to get together, meeting old friends and new. All had fun in the
indoor play area, climbing and sliding, jumping and diving with their friends, siblings and cousins. Some of the kids had dressed
up in their Halloween costumes, and by the end of the day we had some pretty exhausted Super Heroes and Fairy Princesses!
Whilst the kids played it gave their adults a chance to chat and catch up. Parents enjoy the chance to catch
up on news of each other’s kids, how they are managing their aids, some newly implanted with C.I.s, how their ISL is
coming along. Also, for new parent, it’s the chance to hear from other parents and share their experiences –
feeling that they are not alone. Support from the group for new families is always a powerful thing to witness.
Another lovely Family Day.
We are now planning our Christmas Party which is scheduled for 8th December. This festive fun event is
open to all of our clients. Get in touch for more details, it would be great if you could join us.
