Internet Safety

Today, we welcomed back the Kerry Deaf Group and also the local community guards Dianne Collins to talk about “Internet Safety”.

This workshop was a very interesting topic and some of the deaf were amazed how easy it is for hackers to access the laptops without knowing.

This was follow by homemade soup our colleague Marion made for us for lunch.

After lunch, one of the members of the group shows off his latest creation. He made a quilt by hand and told us how this was done.

By the look of his work, he certainly got the patience of a saint! Next time we meet up, we are going to Muckross House for a grand tour. Watch this space.
