Attention Children!

Mia, is the new adventurous Lottie Doll:
Find out how you can win one!

DeafHear.ie Attention Children! Mia, is the new adventurous Lottie Doll: Find out how you can win one! 2017.

Lottie Dolls were first created about 5 years ago. They are dolls that look like real kids, and they are dolls that reflect the vision that childhood should be an inclusive place, where every child belongs regardless of gender, ethnicity or ability.

Although Mia wears a cochlear implant, this is part of her story rather than a focal point. A keen photographer, Mia’s character has a mission to encourage children to take an interest in nature and wildlife.

The creators of Mia, who are based in Donegal, have offered the chance for some young Deaf and Hard of Hearing children to win a Mia doll, with some Lottie Doll books for the runner–ups. There are prizes for children under 8 years and for those aged 9 or older.
