FEPEDA, (the European Federation of Parents of Deaf of Hearing Impaired Children) is conducting an online survey to investigate the needs of families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children across Europe. FEPEDA, (the European Federation of Parents of Deaf of Hearing Impaired Children) online survey 2012Previously, FEPEDA conducted a very successful survey in 2000. DeafHear strongly encourages Irish parents to complete the survey, as it can provide an important voice for Irish families at a European level.

The European Parliament is very influential in developing policy in the area of disability, and direct evidence from surveys such as this can be very productive in moving issues forward within the parliamentary process.
