30th October the Irish Tinnitus Association and Killarney DeafHear hosted a day of information and support on the issues of

Tinnitus at the Dromhall Hotel Killarney.

The day was well attended by people from all over Kerry and Cork. Presentations from ITA volunteers Frank and Deirdre proved very interesting. Both spoke a little about their own experiences of living with Tinnitus and gave some information on the organisation. The questions and answers session that followed proved really interesting and gave people a chance to share some of their own difficulties and solutions.

30th October the Irish Tinnitus Association and Killarney DeafHear hosted a day of information and support on the issues of

Tinnitus at the Dromhall Hotel Killarney.

After lunch local holistic therapist Liz Dowling showed the group some relaxation techniques. Guided meditation and breathing exercises as tools for coping with Tinnitus were demonstrated and everybody had the chance to practice.

Many in the group expressed an interest in coming together again as a support for each other and we are planning a get together for tea and mince pies around Christmas time.
