Informal Interview

This is a chat with a staff member to determine what volunteer role would suit you best. The chat may take place face-to-face or over the phone.
The questions you may be asked vary from role to role and you will get the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

For volunteers working directly with people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, two references from non-family members are sought and DeafHear also requires completion of a Garda Clearance form.
For some roles, such as campaigning or fundraising work, we do not need formal references.
